The LearningOps Framework: Governance to Production
A practical lifecycle for moving training from request to production acceptance.
The BluLearning LearningOps Framework has three phases: Define and Govern, Build and Review, and Validate and Launch.
Each phase ends with a closeout gate. Design Authorization confirms the problem, scope, audience, and solution direction. Training Readiness Signoff confirms the asset is ready for validation. Production Acceptance confirms the package, delivery, tracking, and support plan are ready for launch.
The result is less rework, cleaner vendor communication, stronger LMS handoffs, and fewer surprises after launch.
